Mei Vintage ships orders within the USA and U.S territories via US Postal Service.  Shipping is a flat fee of $10 within USA.  Please allow 5-7 days for your shipment to arrive.  We ship to Canada via Air Mail. Residents of Hawaii and Alaska should be pleased to hear that we do NOT charge extra shipping for delivery to these states. Hawaii and Alaska have the same shipping rate as the other 48 states.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders our shipping and handling charge for any order can rage between $25-$30 (in U.S. Dollars), and will be shipped via Postal Service. We will contact you via e-mail to confirm additional shipping cost after you place your order. For orders of 3 items or more, international customers must contact Mei Vintage for a shipping quotation. We are uable to insure packages that are shipped internationally.  Upon request, shipping insurance may be added with additional charges.  Please allow 7-12 days for international shipment to arrive.  

SALES TAX

All merchandise shipped to addresses in CA will be subject to 8.75% CA sales tax.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

Mei Vintage accepts returns within 7 days of your order and will refund your money via PayPal. Merchandise must be shipped with a tracking number and insured for the full value. For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping cost when sending your merchandise back to us. Merchandise must be returned/exchanged in the original condition it was shipped. This means the merchandise must be unused. Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise and completed form. We will refund the purchase price of the item, minus the shipping fees. Mei Vintage has the right to refuse return of merchandise that do not meet Mei Vintage return policy requirements.
